Completed on behalf of Martin & Hamilton Ltd., this £30k project used silver grey granite 1-3mm aggregate for its commercial anti-slip properties, durability, and aesthetically pleasing finish as part of the pavilion's renovation.

Project Summary

As part of the renovation work at the Odyssey Pavilion in Belfast, ProSurface was contracted by Martin & Hamilton Ltd. to install a resin bonded gravel surfacing system at the front entrance. The chosen material, silver grey granite 1-3mm aggregate, was selected for its robust commercial anti-slip properties, essential for a busy public entrance.

In addition to its functionality, the resin bonded system also provides long-lasting durability and an aesthetically appealing finish, which was important for maintaining the high standards of the venue. The project scope covered between 800 and 1000 square metres, ensuring the large surface area was both safe and visually impressive.
